Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us with in 30 days. All products sold by are covered by our 30-day money back guarantee. Please note: All merchandise must be returned unopened and in its original condition otherwise a refund or credit will not be awarded. Credits or charges due will be issued in the same manner as payment was made. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged to every return. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return to be processed. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.

In the unlikely event that we have sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise. Returns and claims for missing or incorrect goods shipped must be completed within seven days of receipt.

How do I return something?

To return an item, simply send an email to to request a return authorization. Be sure to specify your order number. You will than receive the warehouse address to ship your items back. When you pack your items, be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice and a letter explaining the reason for the return. Please indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow ten business days for your return or exchange to be processed. Exchanges will be subject to our regular shipping & handling fees. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
